If a trip is cancelled with 3 or more days notice it can be rescheduled.

If a trip is cancelled with less than 3 days notice it will result in no refund.

Customers will be notified if trip is cancelled due to weather conditions.
(The trip may be rescheduled or deposit refunded).

Proper conduct is required at all times at the marina and on board.

Any damages/loss of supplied equipment will be the customers responsibility.

All your catch will be filet/cleaned/bagged to take home and make a great fresh fish dinner!
